I had reiki done today with Lizzie at reiki atblue moonshine.It was awesome but really helped me.I have an implant in my spine and two failed spinal operations and nothing has seemed to help like this does.I could feel heat and tingles and felt like I was being pushed to the side a few times even though Lizzie did not touch me .I really recommend this to anyone looking for something to help their health. What a lovely and calming experience! As soon as Lizzie began I felt instantly calm and very relaxed! Lizzie made me feel at ease within minutes of speaking and explained the steps involved in treatment. I really had no idea what to expect having never experienced reiki before. What I will say now that I have had a consultation with Lizzie is that it left me feeling surreally relaxed and calm. Initially I felt very emotional and as the treatment progressed that changed to a deep calmness. Like I said, quite surreal. I would recommend anyone to give it a try. This was my first experience with reiki and I'm so glad. It was truly an amazing experience. I will definitely be back. I felt instant results within my body and mind, after an amazing nights sleep I woke up feeling even better. Lizzie is such a lovely person who makes you feel relaxed before you even step into her beautiful treatment room. 5* I'd give 10 if I could!!!

Having not had any previous experience of Reiki - I can easily say that it was brilliant! A lovely location and comfortable surroundings and great customer service from Liz. Would definitely recommend giving it a go!
